Meet Audrey

Hi, I’m Audrey—a life and leadership coach, racial healing practitioner, and long-time community strategist.

For years, I’ve worked at the intersection of leadership, personal transformation, and social change. Across that work, I’ve noticed something important:

People often know far more than they’re able to access.

Under pressure, we lose touch with parts of ourselves that matter most—our clarity, courage, creativity, capacity for connection, and ability to stay present with complexity. Not because those qualities disappear, but because they become harder to access.

And when enough people lose access to themselves, the effects don’t stay personal. They shape our relationships, our workplaces, our communities, and the systems we create together.

I don’t believe transformation is about fixing yourself.

I believe it’s about recovering access to the wisdom, resilience, and aliveness that are already there.

This assessment is designed to help you begin that exploration.

The world doesn’t need a more perfected version of you.

It needs the version of you that has access to its wisdom, courage, creativity, and aliveness.

Take this assessment, and let’s begin building that kind of future together.

Don’t just take our word for it, see what others have to say:

“This Scorecard pulls no punches. If you want to become more visible and connected to yourself and build valuable leadership presence from there, this will give you your baseline.”

“This assessment is thoughtfully crafted to offer immediate and practical insight into four areas of personal leadership. I found the questions and the thought process they inspired in me, to be intuitive and reflective - just as working with Audrey has proven to be!”

“This is a tool that goes beyond the surface! I’ve found the process extremely insightful. I'm going into the new year with a new level of self-awareness. Everyone should know how to stand in their essence and be resourced in their work and life.”
